Members might recall that PHANZA made a submission on the proposed Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Amendment Act, and appeared before the Select Committee in 2007. This is to alert members that the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Amendment Act 2008 will be coming into force on 25 January 2009.
