About Me

I joined the History Group at the Ministry for Culture and Heritage in August 2008, following four years as a researcher and report writer at the Waitangi Tribunal.

I am currently working on a book about First World War heritage sites in New Zealand with Imelda Bargas, and a history of the car in New Zealand.
